sometimes when you see someone walk free from court whenever the evidence is there, it annoys me, or there was this one time last year when a football fan was wrongly accused of attempted murder, and even the guilty person came forward and admitted to doing it, and yet the innocent man still went to jail, simply because the guilty one didnt go to court to confess...

times like the above is whenever i think, "screw the law" sometimes its just stupid

Exactly brother BADDOG! I am talking of such matters. Scams really tick me off also. So some White Collar criminals that seem above the law gets my goat also.

Depends for me, i'd say yes if the crime was for example brett getting outa jail earlier then what he is supposed to..

depends on situation but as the other said, if someone gets away with somthing for less than they should, then yes, take it into your own hands.


there are far too many people getting out of jail a few years earlier than they should at the moment. justice system sucks.

pixis, just before you go and kill your husband who framed you for murder and disappeared , double jeopardy would not apply in that case, double jeopardy only comes into play where the defendant is being retried on charges coming from the same occurance. There also is no problem with trying someone on a different charge arrising out of the same incident, a classic example would be the people who get off the muder charge bought at state level, only to be found guilty of deprevation of human rights or the like at federal level....
