JOINT OPERATIONS: DELAYED.

CALABASAS, CA (January 13th, 2004) - Entertainment software developer and publisher NovaLogic, Inc. today announced that the release of its new multiplayer PC title Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising has moved to the second quarter of 2004.

Joint Operations takes gamers to Indonesia in the near future where the country is on the verge of disintegration. Gamers can play as either a member of the multinational Joint Operations Force or as a member of a powerful Indonesian separatist group. Teamwork is essential. Both sides are equipped with their own unique variety of modern weapons and player controlled land sea and air vehicles to achieve their mission objectives and ultimate victory. Terrains range from beautiful, coastal islands to misty, dense jungles, all adding to the intense and chaotic atmosphere only experienced in large-scale, multiplayer combat over the Internet or LAN.

Joint Operations will ship during Q2 2004 on PC CD ROM.

They might as well just say:
Joint Operations will ship someday during 2004 on PC CD ROM.
That way we don't have to go through the dissapointment of it being delayed.

Yes I Agree, But then again if your someone that has played DF Games for as long as most have, We are all used of the Delays that come from nova. lol

Some Day we might even get MOD Tools. lmao

News That the Mod Tools Have been released, ill have to post in nice BIG bold letters, Just so players believe me.

That is the news Im waiting to post, thats if I dont get distracted and play with them first. lol

nova should learn to get its act together faster adn give a solid release date, you dont see other copmanies such as EA saying we will release bf vietnam so and so on so and so and then delaying it....i honestly done know of other companies that do this as well, although epic games may...

I was one of the Beta Testers for Codemasters Project IGI 2, And that came out I think it was about 8 Months Late.

Its Nothing new look at Duke Nukem Forever that is about 3 Years Late lol And its still coming out, When Nobody knows. lol

LOL look at sierra, Urban justice was to come out in 2002 and now they just said its been cancled, Its the most common thing for developers to have late release dates

its only means they like to get it right the first they release it thats all, like the terrains and buildens hope they get them right no more crazy glitches in them. don't like to find glitch at all make me made to tobe near them and have some jerk tell me i using it. when i never even know it was there.
