HELP!!!

Hey,

I've recently got ADSL but since i've got it i can't play any of the df series that i own (DF2, DFLW, DFTFD, DFBHD MP Demo). It started out that whenever I joined a game it would do a sys dumb. Now I've tried reinstalling TFD, it installs fine, auto-run works no prob, but when i click on start TFD its asks me to eject and re-insert the cd-rom. I have no idea what is going on, Pls Help!!!

I'm runnin a AMD Athalon 1.2, 256mb RAM, GF2 64mb, on Win XP.

did u install anything else at the same time - hard or software?

ur connection will have nothing to do with asking for the cd though :/ scrached cd?

i dunno if this helps but since i have had cable, i leave my comp on all day and night uploading and downloading, and then i get sys dumps, so i reboot and it's ok.

Try to download the no-cd crack. No need for cd anymore. If the problem still comes back, stry toreinstall game, patch it and use no-cd patch. If still not working....then I have no clue what it could be then.

Ok i've just updated the game and stuck the no-cd on, and got this error:

"The application failed to intialize properly (0xc0000005). Click OK to terminate the aplication"

I've checked the CD it isn't scratched, and I wasn't installing anythin else whilst installin it.

I think i'll give tech support a ring tomorrow, cheers for trying guys.

Maybe it sounds weird, but have u tried to reinstall directx and videodrivers, and resinstalled the game into a driiferent folder/HD? Could work,
