Being a sneaky bugger I'm, I've been investigating the response time of a reply on NW's forum. Usually takes 4-7 days to get a replay. I think I'm better off here.

lol I bet, it takes over a week to get a response from their techs on email...usually have the problem fixed by then.

man you try to asker 100.000.00 post/thread on troubles people are having or asking for help it no easy job it take time and some of them do get lost in the forum there.

By god if you say something really bad to them they will asker in a heartbeat your banned

you look at this way your the tech you read the forum you see this:

A.) 30% tell them off
B.) 10% are having fun there
C.) 40% are crying about the cheating crap going
D.) 15% ether trying to get help or trying to help others out.
E.) 05% are only trying to burn nova by tell other how great cheating and telling the member they need to get a life to stop crying about the cheat crap that is going on.

it really hard for them to read every ones thread and post to get help then there a large number of member posting threads up asking or tell what they think or has happen.

you know there a search button here will nova has a cheater report button [use it you have to log-in in player search area] there but seems no one is using it? must have a lot of drop-outs there.

in your sig box area in their forum have your system info and connection type you have with it tech support and see more into it. it help them out some.

I had a problem with my maps once and the guys e-mailed me personaly to ask me to send them so they could fix them for me.
I guess its hit and miss but its a forum not a customer service I suppose.
