Nova-Hotline is a Non-Profit organization made up of a great staff here to help you out and give you answers to your questions. We are a website, fully backed by Novalogic, Inc., that is here to help you in anyway we can. Our main objective is not to provide the community with another resource site, but to provide the community with a Technical Support website. A site that people can get help from. A site that people can feel welcome at.
Now, Im not saying that the other communities do not help, or that the members do not feel welcome, Im just stating what we want to make of our website. Hope that cleared up your concerns zaitsev? VooDoo, I am currently working on that. Our forum has alot of bugs and glitches in it right now that we are working on ironing out before the Official release date.

man they be flooded with Q & A from every one. hope your ready to have other group of people coming there Germany, French, Dutch, Spanish; type in their native language. because they be coming to ask for help.

Yeah, we had some DB problems last night. A few users were deleted and the board went offline. It's back up now.
