FPS problems in all games

Hey guys, I get fps problems in all games in the recent Counter-Strike Source I get 30-40 FPS in call of duty i get 60. This is on LOW settings.

Can anyone help me? I've updated my BIOS / Motherboard / Graphic Drivers.

EDIT I also formatted thursday night, it always occured before that.

probably drivers. im not shure whats the best to get though. anyone no?. in mean time try uninstalling and re installing the drivers that came with the card. if u havent got a disk then visit the manufactures website and d/l driver

they list; RADEON Family, RADEON 128pro, Rage 128 family, Rage pro family.

i reseted the montor fps was 60mhz now it set to 100mhz it can max to 130mhz and lower you game screen size will help some of the fps to be faster too. with this card i don't think you have any trouble with 800x600 for the games. montor could be set to 1024x768. at lease thats what i have my set to.

you have a good card there, me i have a cheap-o GeForce 4 MX 440 128mb it do have everything set for it but one shardows it don't have for JOTR at lease it don't see it. BHD do see it.

i ask my buddie he has same card as you
