Locked screen in win 7

Hello guys. I am in a big problem and i want the fix from you talented guys. So here the problem was that when i click on a folder in my desktop it automatically opens the my computer folder which was the first folder in my desktop. Means it only opens the first folder automatically when clicking on other files. I know it can be fixed somewhere in the control panel. Please say it. Also the menu that appears upon clicking right mouse button, where the refresh, view, sort are present always have a small underline below a word.
