Running JOE in Windows 7

I have a friend who has a laptop running windows 7 with an intel processor that cannot get JOE to run without freezing.

Any suggestions?

We have tried running without UAC on, cannot use windows compatability or virtual PC as the version does not support. Tries all the usual stuff, about 5 minutes into gamer it freezes and have to restart.

lower the graphic or video setting in the game
laptop run off a video chip mostly chip ones can't handle high demanding resource games and need a lot of xxxx ram

not the same as watching a DVD Hd movie, some high end video games like Join operation need a lot of resource to run it
