CI in Joint Operation

hi all...
I am a long time player at JO, since the beginner...
my name is LittleGod and i belong the Delta Fox Squad =DFS= (PT)...
a few month ago, i rejoin to play the game...

but since last friday, i can not play anymore...
why???? i get CI all the time (between 5 to 15 sec)....red circle ping...

i don't change nothing in the pc...
my firewall let the game alone....no problem with antivirus
i try to look my connection (netstat) and have no problem

if you know more solutions, plz let me know...thx

what type of connection is netstat dsl or what? is there a router you using?

test things out for 2min disable the firewall see if the ci's go away

disable anti-virus some times they change way they work as will some software add-in a anti-adware to fight adware, i think they going over broad and it too can add to lag as will.

if you find your self skipping back and forth its a anti-lag cheat nova is using to fight lag cheaters who disconnect their router for 1-3min walk around kill all, then reconnect thier router to get free kills without any trouble, nova is enforcing their anti-lag to fight cheaters with. but it hurts other who play fair and don't do that. in the end it can kill the game play for some.

way it works is base is any data flow that is lose it reset you back were their syetm known you was at. its a headacks for slow speed user

What type of server are you trying to join? Maybe you're joining a server on the other side of the world...?

i am from europe, so i play at european servers...
must of the time i play at war-uko...now i play at a home server call it =DFS=, and is from portugal...
and when i joining, the ping is below 50...

i'm using only firewall...no router

i didn't know that nova is fighting the lag cheaters....
why???cause no longer punkbuster is available for JO at punkbuster.com

i don't wanna think that firewall and/or antivirus are blocking...
i remember: it happend in ONE night....
(i run foward when i get CI....and then, i am in a different place when CI over)...
maybe re-install the game....(it work for bf2...not instantaneously)

i never cheat, even for testing, and i'll continue...

my connection is 15mb DL....

PS: other thing: when i get CI, my TS turn deaf....(seems like NO internet...)

i know that this is not the rigth place....but....

i even can't play bf2...."your connection to the server has been lost"

i do NOT change anything at the pc profile or programs....
i made a test at speedtest.net.....7,5 DL and 700kb UL at a german server

maybe problem at hardware????or what....

Do you have like a configuration page for your modem or something? Like for example, I go to "10.1.1.1" to configure my router/modem settings.

Could you possible try some other games and see if the same problem happens?

i only play nova games and bf2....

Oh, and try as much servers as you can. Even if you get red circles on many servers, try heaps and heaps of server. Try and find out if you can be able to play one in green.

the thing is: i used sygate firewall and avast antivirus...
and some how, one or both were blocking something in game...don't know what...

i switch and....in bf2, no problem....
let me see at JO......

i tested my connection and i had good results...so it wasn't my internet connection....

PS: no CI as well in JO....i guess that one of avast updates must block some connections in game.....
