Game does not start

Hello I have a big problem: i have bought me this game and have installed it but it doesn`t start :-(

System:
Win XP Pro, AMD Sempron 3000+
64 Bit supported, Nvidia GeForce 7300GS, 1024 MB RAM, DirectX 9.0c newest, newest drivers for nforce,GeForce and sound,

If i double-click the start-button, the game want to be in the task,down :-(

I have read some faqs, but there was no answer for this problem.

I hope you can help me!

I have tried also the newest patch 1.6.5.0, but it does not work,too :-(

Could somebody help me? I want to play this great game!

and the monitor shows me:no signal detected i think that means OUT OF RANGE perhaps or sth like that...

1> do you have full control of the operation of your system set as a system Administrative or you set to limited use of the system.

2> to play the game you have tobe set to Administrative or the game will die on you real fast.

3> router or firewall must not have enable "Stealth mod & Anti-port scan" must be disable. besides security set to med range level not high.

4> if you have a DSL or some other type high speed call your Service to get the ISP (Router) ports working for it for the game.

so the tip was to restart your system? or the game.

in other game i got that basic same error the monitor could not go as high as the game could go ????x????

my case it was like 1600x???? something like that moniter said the samething as you gotten

usually when that happens it is a refresh rate that is causing the problem.
