[DFBHD] how to install bhd CD ver in win7

I haven't been playing this game for a long time.
i tried installing in win7, but i couldnt.
when i clicked dfbhdlc.exe error message said
you have no apiclient.dll
so, plz tell me how to install it in win7.

digital version means selling on steam?
do i have to buy again?
