I have my site up and want to know when i put a program that i put in the download section how do i put the right link to the downloaded file?

I am so confused as to what you are really asking lol...

Upload the file to your server.

Set the link up like this...

 <a href="/downloads/programname.exe">Program Name</a>

Obviously change the name of the program, and the file extension if you happen to have compressed the file.

url to his site

What is he using on his site (php-nuke for example)

Is the file on his ftp or hosted some place else
