Confused BMS2MIS

HEMM....I think to not undertand the real power of this utilities.
I can see, the BMS and MIS files, why i must use this program?????

I thnik that this utilitie can wiev the original mission files (*.bmx),because for see the mis/bms i open the editor and then the i can see BMS file without problem.....ther's something that i don't understand????????

u can only open .mis files with the MED.
so by converting .bms files to mis u can open then in your MED to see how nova made its events work

Well, that is the problem, the official missions are in .bmx format. Renaming them to .bms results in crash (I knew it would happen, but I still wanted to give it a try).

the official missions are .BMS files.
you can find them in localres.pff


i have no .bmx files at all in my .pff's

Ah thank you! I didn't know you could open the .pff files, but I found the .pff extractor here on dfhq.net. and I am extracting the official missions now, let's see if they have anything interesting. Thanks again.
