Animated Sig request
Hello guys, it would be great to have a banner made by one of you guys. I tried it myself but after hours trying i just gave up. Here is what i had in mind.

i would like a flashy sig, starting from the pic i attached to this message.
in the sig should come following text: 1."Urban Xtreme"
2."=|[PSYTRIX]|="
3."www.urbanwars.com"
the choice of fonts is yours, only i would like to have my name in a curly font
Last but not least i love to have some animation added. this is the part i gave up with i tried to animate the borders to make it psychedelic-looking. So that's what i had in mind, the rest i let up to your imagination.. Thx in advance!
