Sig Team Asks You.

Reminds me of a friend of mine. When we were kids I would ask him for some of his candy and he would say if I wanted you to have some I would have offered. LOL Same thing here. I see posts of people wanting to be sig makers and thier told not to ask. BS And before you insult my sig or sigs on this site, I am just pointing out that there is no harm in people asking. btw I am not asking, I would be afraid to.

Nope not saying that. I am saying that I have seen "Don't ask" in the forums. Struck me as funny. That's all.

sry it just kinda gets annoying soemtimes when your email box and private message box is filled with people asking to be part of the staff (believe me a freekin lot of ppl ask!), even though we keep posting over and over that we have no openings for staff.

any suggestions as to how to deal with it are appreciated...

Could there be an area to post your sig if your interested in a "try out" so to speak? A sticky with a title that spells that out, with the first post with rules etc. A forum, a step up from a show off your sig place( where u get broken and incomplete stuff) If you like what you see you might use them. I can image having to handle all the request on a board with a large user base. This way they would be told wrong place to ask use the sig try out forum.

This forum would have to be in the sigs & graphics area.

the sig team is always hiring...but its invite only. if someone who is really talented comes to me and asks hell yeah they can join. but if their work is so-so/terrible i will say no.
