well chris.. its impossible to pin-point it..

i tried 2 see if there was any pc's connected to it but all i saw was a residental gate-way, which im assuming is the router, or since it is BT it cud b the home hub

not as if im gonna use it anyway, ive got "unlimited" useage and well, i never go above 20GB

just ahv to hope that theres no1 else around here that wud use the persons... and i hope they r on unlimited or it cud send their bill thru the roof

we had a problem with encryption causing some problems and or slowdows on our setup which was made up of Belkin stuff. we took encryption off but found someone connecting to our router soon after.

after renaming the connection to "get_your_own_****ing_connection" we ended up getting a nice shiny Netgear router and all has been happy since.

well, the router is a DG824m... thankfully whoever set it up was atleast smart enough to change the default admin details...

if WiFi picks up a better signal by the direction the laptop is pointing 2wards then i hav a rough idea of where abouts its coming from..
