A rather quick update, since we didn't see all bugs 'n glitches when beta-testing :-)

-Setting a port on which to host does really works now.
-Added real support for LW 0.31.. I just forgot to calculate playerlists on this version.
-Because I added 031 support, the COOP 8 players-patch works for 031 too now.
-Finally set the player-window font to ARIAL, so all exotic player-characters are shown, and no strange carriage returns are inserted.
-Changed the output for UDP a little, so I can cope with team and global chat on my new receiver.
-Did a little source cleanup.
-When choosing 'restore startup.htm' for any version, all team/game passwords are cleared, so joining the next time doesn't use wrong or old passwords.
-Added BHD autostart support. DEM starts BHD now automatically.
-Fixed a bug where the passwords where not cleared.
-Disabled use of mapmanager and autojoiner in BHD. For the autojoiner NL gives you on-the-fly-data, which prevents me making a startup.htm.
-Added the missing things in BHD, for non-dedicated server and langame-support.
