Banner -site listing trouble?

Hello
i recently enetered your top 50 list and tried to add our site to it.Not sure if it got eneterd or not.I realize we will not be in top 50 ..but where do i go to see our site if entered and see what i posted.
Sgt.Bravo and The Black Watch.

I am sure its something simple but i am probably just blind and stupid.So if you could direct me where to go and where to place our banner and description.

Yes went to members area on main page and keep getting a Fatal Error message.
what am i doing wrong or is there a problem.

OK..i go to the Top 50 home link..then click on members area...and then i get fatal error message;

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: cellstart() in /home/virtual/site5/fst/var/www/top50/top50_members.php on line 17
