Do i set it back to normal?? and how do i find out what the original setting.. Any help would be really appreciated ! Whitez~

sound like your refesh rate is turn down to low, go into displace and reset it to 800x600 32bit or what ever you had it set to. then restart your system.
my did that last Nov about the 25 around about. =========================================== try to unplug it for 20min no power going to it totally, then plug it back in. hopful it reset. unplug the power supply ether from the wall or the unit it self. =========================================== you have system restore enable? try using it if it is enable.

Go into your bios and set the right frequency for your cpu.. as for how to do that, i dunno because every motherboard is diffrent. Most of the time you can find the menu pretty easy, usually the first one on the left or right.. up the frequency to what your cpu should be.. be carefull not to overclock it though..

If there is an option for "auto detect" then select that.
If you know who the manufacturer of your motherboard is, check there web site for "cpu clock frequencies" & "voltage". |

i'd load BIOS defaults, to see if that is ok, then reboot and it should auto detect the correct settings.
tbh we really need the exact error, and the exact time it came up on the screen. if you reboot does it still say it? also stuff like chip type / speed can help. at a very rough guess without any info the freq might be 133 or 166 or 200 |

Refresh Rate
Refresh Rate
Also if you experience headaches when looking at the monitor it has got to do with refresh rates, just stepping away from the subject. Chris_OJB_DF645 --That should fix a headache though

Like P and Steve said, just load default BIOS settings.
dont listen to the rest because the didnt read your message. Steve, the thing he said is the error. It just tells you it lowered it capacity to let you do your stuff to get it normal. I had it also some times. I'd open up the case remove all power and leave it for half an hour. Then id remove the CMOS battery and used the flash BIOS jumper. Then put it all back were it was, and voila, CPU runs at normal speed again.
