question for Map Makers

hey guys, first of all, why do i get system dumps when i try to host certain maps that say "no hieght map" or some thing like that. second of all, i made qa really fun map with high respawns and a couple of sandbag sky bunkers. everyone loves it, exept me lol. when i get killed, i go through a glitch of some sort where half way down to the ground the last player that killed me keeps killing me all though he doesnt fire a shot at me. i love this map, but what the h*ll is going on with it? i (the host) am the only player it ever does it to. thatnks for your time.
