Looking for a bit of help plz
I would like to start playing around with make some sigs in my spare time when not playing df games
I am looking for some help in which program is the best to get I would also like the sigs to be animated.... I was looking at photoshop 7 But I can not see anythink on there about animation

photoshop 7 comes with adobe image ready and thats for animation
