[Power tool] Poulan Chainsaw 2775

Poulan Chainsaw model: 2775 type-4
man some repair shop will try anything to get a buck

will the chainsaw blade need replacing thats normal
chainsaw bar need to be replace as will. but they normal items.

the Sprocket for the chainsaw can go bad as will, but some will try to replace these with items not even made for this chainsaw

had a bad time with the Hair's repair shop on the sprocket they place into the united

they even charge for the bearing for this as will

Sprocket 16.99
Bearing 6.99

labor 25.00

talk about getting piss about this with the people there.
================
told them remove it totally it not working with in this chainsaw at all. too loose and not feel right when using. some time using generic parts will never do, specially if it not made for the united.

i call Poulan mfg up and order the right Sprocket come from them with Bearings freebie for the sprocket included.

only cost 17.80 for it. beats what they charge for it.
they did not refund the labor cost. thinking of reporting them for it Better business for that.

basic they replace parts with any part they can get their hands on and think they can get away with it.

what a feaking day monday blues

Nope - in fact the guys I use just surprised me.

I ordered parts through their online parts ordering system (too lazy to drive out to the store and just pick them up)...

Parts were on my door step the next day - was expecting it to take several days.

Typically I just repair it my self, most of them are minor enough. Only repair we had done sears came out and did... stupid sears tractors, no one local will touch them lol.

yea i can see why now.

still can't get out of my head! i came in with the part number for it to be replace with and they in turn didn't even brother to look at the P/n to see what i had for them, grasp something off the shelving as i was standing there knowing? what they was trying to do,. push some parts on me that was not even made for it.

try it after a hour cutting up logs it was acting funny, lockup and moving side to side in motion.

the bearing was not even the same type: they put in it was a metal sleve housing outta shell housing with bearing inside it.

the Poulan bearing made for it is plastic housing with bearing inside going through the housing outside so it roll around making contact.

sprocket was almost basic the same.

anyways feel like new way it was when we got it the first time.

i order the sucket for swap the sprocket $3.80c so i can do it on my own!
