first of all please give you keyboard a surgical operation to remove the caps lock and shift so the message wont be shoutish like now.
Maybe try it out? Ive seen maps with loads of objects so give it a try. And maybe it says in the manual also. What you could try it keep copy and pasting a item and then save it, if its to much you'll prolly get a error telling you what the max number is

Well first off, Dont go over 1200 total objects, you can go over this amount but it will get more unstable and may not load your map back into nile.
Dont use too many different Objects,Buildings,Decorations,Foliage ect, The more different ones you use the more texture memory you will use up, And your map will say you have run out of memory. Say I use the same building 50 times in a map, It will only take up the memory of 1. As it will use that building and re-draw it from memory. If I used 50 different building(ok I know there aint 50 in there but just an exaple.) It would have to store 50 buildings in memory and leave less memory to draw them, And make your map useless. Here is a MEM Count from one of my maps. 58 marker 4 effect 256 decoration 382 building 115 foliage 5 object 820 Total Objects VB Memory 5,726,048 IB Memory 480,054 Texture Memory 31,124,288 Total Memory 37,330,390 I will post the memory limits later.

Anytime m8..
This is posted at Novaworld by one of their staff. Quote "Mr Zoom- The texture usage of one of our most demanding maps is: Straights of Malacca: VB Mem: 19,344,116 bytes IB Mem: 10,831,896 ENV Mem: 606,208 RTarget: 7,790,592 Texture Mem: 64,330,496 Total Mem: 102,903,308 When you want to optimize your map.. you should see which objects are the most expenisive and, if for instance you are only using 1 or 2 instances of those objects, can you replace them with an object that you are already using in numerous places. To see the most expensive objects you can in your list of items on the left, sort by Size on the far right of that list. The Memory usage for Kendari Airport, another memory hog is: VB Mem: 26,173,784 bytes IB Mem: 1,852,794 Texture Mem: 69,055,872 Total Mem: 97,082,450 I think Kendari Airport is a worse offender than Straights of Malacca... and I would try and keep my numbers below those of Straights of Malacca, at least that was what I did." Hope this Helps you out m8...
