omg I'm going insane! Plz help.
I am going nuts with PS7. I am making my new template, and I cannot for the life of me drag my text to where I want it!!! It for some reason jumps and doesn't allow me to put it somewhere!!!!!!

I want it to go HERE
but instead its __HERE or HERE__ why can't I put it in the center of what I want??? Is there some damn thing that is default on PS7 that automatically places things you are trying to move? It does this with anything I am dragging around and I need it to stop.

snap settings are on ... not sure how you turn em off .. i'm sure somone knows..

but you could try using the arrow keys .. those nudge the layer over a pixel

I am all the way zoomed in...how do I turn off this snap to feature? It's a pain in the ass to switch to PSP7 for this lol.
