fair point, I looked into that yesterday, i believe there are no NDAs, they gave permission for people to stream and record. there is an alpha build overlay so they were happy with that as far as i remember.

i played some yesterday, certainly very playable for an alpha build

edit, found info to backup statement https://redjake.com/community/main-f...aming/#post-77

I've got a point to add to your comment regarding no server lag.

I thought it was pretty fantastic considering my ping from Australia to the server in the US was a gut wrenching 203.

Here's the good bit though - it was not bad to play in considering the distance and perhaps better than some very high end games I've played on networks in the Asia Pacific.

I may have caused some typical anomalies for myself and hope I didn't affect other player's experience with things like teleporting, lagging the server etc.

It means a wider ranging geosphere of players ie the Asia Pacific region can also enjoy this game with our mates in the US if the server is as robust as this one appears to be.

noticed good performance to, pretty refreshing to put a crosshair on someone, pull the trigger and the shot registered every time. kind of like it is registering locally, i dunno how these things work. did have instances where we killed each other simultaneously, again that's pretty cool to see, where as that doesn't seem to happen in other games.
