calculating ping times [HELP ME!!]

Hi all, my problem is: when i click "Game severs" it's stuck at 0% for like 5 seconds, than the BHD mouse turn color from orange to blue and than BHD lock it's self ..

(..and i have to do ctrl alt delete)

plz help me!
