Flash banners and templates

Hello can anyone help me? I am wonderin how do I install Flash Banners and Flash Templates on your webpages?
Also, if anyone knows any good sites that has some good military sound files and graphics could you suggest 'em?

Which programme u use to make ur flash banner?
When exporting ur flash banner u can export it like an html page where ur flashbanner will be shown. When taking a look into the html coding u can copy it (starting and ending with {object}{/object}(replace {and } with <>) ) and past it into ur html page where u want it.{
