importing & exporting sound for DFBHD

Was wondering if any1 knows what program to use
for importing & exporting sound files for DF Black Hawk Down.

What i wanna do is import mp3 fileS into DFBHD and visa versa.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

I tried dropping a wav file into the pack it, it went in but where is it? I don't know how to allocate the file when Im editing. I see in General Information there is a song list by number but which is it?
