Problems Connection to NovaWorld

I get all the way to the screen that says Servers / players but it never shown any of the servers or players . it just sits there? any thoughts

if your using any firewall or anti virus proggys you need to disable them..i run norton firewall and need to turn that off to load the servers up etc but am ok leaving the antivirus enabled ..hope this sorts ya m8
