LAN problem
ok ill try to explain this as best as i can. i live on campus at my university and am on the network here. me and my roomate can host and join a game on the LAN. But there are other people that try to join farther away ON campus that search and nothing comes up in the search field. in the game Call of Duty, there is an option where people can connect by IP address. those people have to do that in that situation and everything works fine. Is there a solution like that for DFBHD? thanks

Its possible (but not likely) that the school is setup on a wireless network, which would limit the range of your friends being able to find the game. And The Jerk is incorrect, you can have more than one IP on a router. I have 3 on my Linksys BEFSR41 |
