download this "Cpuz"

after you may have to unzip it then start it up

a tap up top should say "momory & SPD" click-on it to see what type of memory cards your mother broad is using.

link: http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

download CPUz Version 1.40 half way down the page you see it

basic you buy the same type of card that is already on your mother broad other then the ????mb is up to you.

FSB and DDR_ type on the Mother broad

newer Video cards has DRR2 or 3 on them now days. don't look at that ok

under the CPU tap you see the FSB speed listed my is:
FSB: 533Mhz

then go to the SPD tap see in there the DDR type (my is DDR2)
