Cool AMD or Intel?

AMD or Intel?

AMD. This is 'cause I've nearly had this AMD processor for like three years and it's nothing but pure breed! It purrs, you know what I mean?

I did the same poll like last year but doing it again just incase you changed your mind. I like up-to-date votes. Thanks.

AMD, even tho the newest intel chip is the fastest.
AMD can take more beatings then Intel, and will last longer when OC'ed.

currently Intel without question, even though i'm an AMD fanboy.

even the cheapest Core2 whips the FX-60 with is 4 times the price. really cannot argue with Core2 atm.

i think i'm going to get a cheap core2 setup soon becasue my socket A rig is just starting to struggle with the newest games.

with the price of DDR2 being as cheap as it is now, there is no excuse really. i can get a full core 2 setup for less than £600 that includes a nice x1900xt, it will out perform any AMD setup at probably double the price.

then upgrade to AMD quad core next year

INTEL a stock Conroe 6700 Which i am getting beats the new FX 62 that is Oc'd

No you need to get a 6600 or better those are the ones that beat AMD becasue of their Cache of 4mb ne other core2 (conroe) is aout the same with the 2mb of shared Cache
