New DF2 Hosting Tool Released

Hey all,

A few people were asking about recent discoveries that were appearing in the MMH server, so it was decided that a tool would be released for all to use to achieve these extra settings in their own server, so I coded this for you guys.

It is a very lightweight program (weighs about 742kb), no installer, straight EXE. Requires .NET framework, which should be fairly popular by now. Basically it allows the user to set a few server settings (already in the settings menu) in a quick and easy way to save time from finding it all in the in game menu. It also unlocks two new discoveries, at least, new to most of us. So if you're asking what makes this different from the others already out there, that's it.

*Things to note*

Credit is given where due in the "about box"
This works absolutely fine with cheat blocker (and no advantages are given with new unlocked settings.)
Run this and save your settings before you load the game, or it will not give the desired results.

Yes, but the method it uses could be difficult especially for beginners, and a program that does it much quicker and user-friendly is better than calculating the values by hand.
