Joint Ops @ novaworld with Sygate fw

Hi there.... I wanted to ask if there where anyone here who knows a way to have sygate personal firewall pro still running while i connect to novaworld?

It just says that my comp is being port scanned and i can´t connect to any server...

I have tried to add a rule for joint ops on it but nothing changes..

Now everytime i tries to play i have to shut down my fw to be able to join ANY game and i don´t wanna do that...

plz....someone help me....

you need to disable a item in it:

1.) go to tools> options....
2.) go into: security tap
3.) uncheck " [ ] enable intrusion Detection System".
4.) Click-on "ok"

you should be ok after that point it will nolonger block ports thats JOTR use. i have try this and find out what was doing it this is the item only did it.

I use Sygate's firewall and have no problems, Are you sure you allowed the .exe access, Only time it gets in the way this end is if I host a server.
But I join all servers with no problem.

It seems to have worked with that trick that Chief told me...

And yes Sal... I have the .exe file allowed...

I´m still getting that sygate has stopped joint ops from axxessing internet..
