need a wireless router

My PC is in my room and my Xbox 360 is in our living room. So I cant play on XBL. Can any1 suggest some good routers? under 60 dollars

You should be able to pickup a Linksys WRT54G wireless-G router for about $50 at any Bestbuy / walmart etc..

Get the Linksys G with Super Boost. Makes lot of difference. Can use A B and G devices on it.

why not a really long LAN cord that can extend from your living room to your room from the ceiling? i got itty bitty holes large enough to stick cable, and lan cords all throughout the house, i though maybe that was a standard.

Nope. Secured Wireless networks is the standard now.

Don't you need to get a wireless card for your computer too? I'm looking to go wireless too sense i want to put my computer in my room and there's really no way to drop a cat-5 cable down the wall
