Try this
http://www.nova-outpost.com/uploads/Tools.rar It's a Color Blender chart, click on RGB tab, pick a color or blend colors to get that perfect color. Copy the RGB numbers to your map editor 102,204,255 this can be used for fog or water color |

Go to your editor, click on Edit tab on top left, click on General Information link.
Below is an image of the General Information box with the water levels set Tick Water Level Box Water Level 18 (depends on which map as to what height you want the water). Water Color 102 255 50 (change to suit the color you want) Murk Percentage (How Murky you want to water) |

Fred, You can use the link that blade posted, or something like this:
https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_rgb.asp You select your colors, then enter in the RGB values in the mission editor for the color you want.

Hey Fred...
To simplify - RGB stands for Red Green and Blue with numbers of intensity - 0 (darkest) to 255 (brightest - most intensity) So to get a pure red you write 255,0,0 All red with no green or blue... Black is all zeros, 0,0,0 White is all "colours" maxed out - 255,255,255 All greys are the same numbers between 0 and 255, like 25,25,25 is a dark grey, good for sky and fog. In the editor 99,99,99 is a neutral grey and a good starting point for water (adjust as you like). |
