BMF looking for Chief Tactician/XO

Damn I wish my title at work was that lol

Like a lot of squads, we're all busy with work/family/school etc and have a hard time managing all the tasks required of a competitive DF squad.

We're basically looking for an "operational" XO type -- someone who we can rely on to manage the administrative stuff but also work with us to improve our overall game/strategy and make game-related decisions.

For example:

scheduling: map out monthly/quarterly matches/scrims/tourneys/practices.
web updates: add/manage new content, suggest or modify layout/content/features, moderate forums.
communications: spend time in the forums, chat with other squads, find out about new tournaments etc.
strategy sessions: present ideas/findings to the squad members.
tactics/practices: work with members to develop new tactics or revise old ones.
monitor team progress: review stats from servers/scrims/matches to see who needs work and who doesn't.
recruiting: participate in the selection/scouting of new players.

We need someone who enjoys managing/administering DF squads, shaping new strategy/tactics, working with diagrams/map making etc., but they don't necesssarily have to be a kick ass player nor do they have to want to play competitively themselves.

However, we do want someone with BHD stock experience -- newbies need not apply.
