what i have done.
is in my folder Novalogic\Delta Force Landwarrior
DFLW.exe rename it this is how;
1.) make a copy of the older one.
2.) past it on desktop (temp-place).
3.) update the real one inside the NL DF:LW folder you can leave the name as is.
4.) back to the desktop one you pasted there rename it dflw_??.exe the ?? is the virsion of the game so you can remember what one is the older one also you can do it to the updated one too.
5.) take the older one that is on desktop drag & drop it into NL\DFLW folder your set to go.
(remember you have to rename it 1st or it will not work)

they both can be inside the Novalogic\DFLW-folder to gether
i get no error from them at all only they can't have the same name same gose for the NO-Cd Patch also
dflw_32.exe & dflw_42.exe

the game recognizes dflw.exe, so if you have multiples exes you will have to do some renaming of the file to get it to work

to rename a file right click on it and select rename.

what i did a made a copy of the one before the update past it to desktop rename it then after update the game after it finshing update i place the rename one back in the folder were you copy it from, you can name it as you like mostly i name it dflw_32.exe
and leave the updated one name be.

have done same with the No-cdPatch too.
dflw_NCD.exe
this way you can leave the dflw.exe be no error from it
