Photoshop question

dunno where put this but... if i had a blue car spoiler for instance layerd and copied so i can put it on another car... how wud i change the colour to red ? and make it look realistic ?

cntrl u, and move the hue and saturation bars around

What I do is change it to grayscale and then use a color overlay.
If I can find what I done with my misses car Ill upload them again, Unless you remember them.
