Greeting all!!!!!!!!

Is that possible to design a web banner for my website when you have time? Here is the details:

{Style} - Metallic feel, back ground of BF2 soldiers, text standa out from the background
{Size} - 992 x 100 pixels
{Colour Scheme} - dark gray and blue (2E3440)
{Name} - Pepper Mill Community
{Other Text} -
{Specific Pictures} - JOE and BF2 logos or signs.
{Misc/Further Details} - the file extension is gif. It is used to replace this webbanner at
www.pepper-mill.co.uk, basically I need bf2 theme to be added to the banner.
