What is plain and simple is just choosing wether or not to use it.

it really isn't that big of a deal - either you accept what they want and insteall it, or you don't and just walk away - I chose to walk away.

This is why it is important to read those boring EULA

i would pass on this as will in a heart beat.

i like anti-cheat tools, but i think this go over the line as will.

Would like to add that there have been changes made too the Eula and we are reviewing it with each release as to make it friendly as possible.

Also Sigurd was not hacked simply bypassed and yes there is a difference

Would like to add aswell we do not scan every file on the hard drive maybe its an old copy of the eula?

We revised it with the last few releases to make it clear as possible
