Thanks. Here is a screenshot of the C4D scene and a detailed view:

The object took around 2-3 hours. Materials took about an hour using selection sets, and test rendering with AA off. Lighting in this scene was simple cause I used an Array to get subtle lighting around the floor, and I used a big sphere with an HDRI image for reflections and lighting of the whole scene, total lighting time was about an hour, some pieces take 4-5 hours just for lighting. Then test renders with AA off and then the final render about an hour total. So all total in this was maybe 6-7 hours I guess....

i dont understand the material creator in version 9...its a lottt different than version 8s material creator
