There's quite abit of talk of what free host is the best...and the only that i found very fast, and reliable was www.squad-host.com it gives u php and what not, so just go with them but in my humble opinion try and earn somemoney and buy some hosting.... cuz the speed of load will usually be faster, and the space will usually be higher, and you get better support, and if you get the right one, you can get a crap load of free scripts for your site / along with many scripting abilities... so i would buy hostin.g.
