the general update on novalogic page doesn't work.

You can update it via going into the game and clicking the update button on the main menu. Alternatively, you can download it here:

You might also need the NovaLogic .exe Patcher to fix your DF1 due to the server movement:

ok this is what you need to do with DF 1

*install the game
*install the update to the game.
*install the nlexepatcher.exe
to patch the url address to the servers listing do to they was move to a new location the server address been change.

then change the shortcut so it run under Windows Xp/Vista set to "Windows 98/Me"

if you don't know how to do that we can tell you, must do know how to by changing the shortcut setting.

chrispy already posted the link to the game update's (above) you can download and the nlexepatcher.exe you need it to connect with the servers online to other! they been change this year.
