nope, its right before march, and lasts 1 day, so the people born on february 29 get to have their birthday then, when it isnt on leap year, and when it is leap year, mauser goes away

i'll write in the other thread a better explanation of the rep system, but you sould really try to use it when you think someone deserves it. you only have a certain amount of points to give based on your reputation power and not how many points you acutally have., and you cannot choose how many points you do give (depends on your repuation power).

if you have no points, if you leave +rep, that person will get nothing, if you have a very high rep power then you pass on a **** load of points, so if you do it for no reason, chances are you just wasted a ton of points and might only get a few points in return.

+ if you are just trading points then it makes the system worthless

yes you get rep power from posting/ length of time registered/ponts received. but what i meant it what's the point in a reputation system if it's based more on ppl swapping points than it being there for the right reason. no big deal anyways
