getting a shower head to use in the US-Army [True]

In the service we (infantry men) taken a shower together no then funny about it, but there was like 30 guys in the shower room trying to get clean up after work to go out to party.

There was no space to move around like 10 shower heads in the room and like 30 of us, the new first Sgt (Bear neck name) came in look around and said lets rub heads together? Like every one look at him and left, he was a big man like a line back of a football player. no one what’d to take him on.

Only him and me in the shower room, he said how come you stay? I seen thou that trick. You only did it to get a shower head to use, so thanks making more space in here. We laugh about it.

I was a reservist here in our country. and i enjoyed the trainings we had.

I was in the army 1977-1987 10yrs, there are some crazy things can happen, no telling what a day may bring. As some say in the service there are some good and bad people! But in the service no telling what life will bring.

good sample this stuck to me we had a guy who was blind as a bat at night time, i do mean blind as hell, rest of us can walk into the woods and see thing step over item (falling tree or tree's) we go in to the wood line right off the back he walk right into a tree or a falling tree on the ground we all would see it as clear as day, but he eye's were bad he see ok day time, but his eyes were damage younger age.

All he can do is talk about be coming a driver to drive a APC M113. we block that from happing totally. he talk one to let him drive at sunset dang if he did not drive it into the biggest tree around and crack the front of it. The commander feel sorry for him, let it slide the APC had to be replace. It was written off as training damage.

Think when he hit the tree he was going at full speed and left the tank tail and gone off into a wooded area. Maybe going 45pmh or better. Tree was like 4'-6'ft wide.

story was he hit a tree tell you the truth look more like he hit a bolder (big rock) then a tree there was a lot of damage to the APC. Front has a 4’-ft x 1”-inch crack in the front of it.

did not like how reservist was treated by the active-army or National Guard at all, like they (reservist) are some type dirtbags or something. Got tire of the b/s training pay was like crap 90days to get a check and treatment was like the reservist were some low life class.

I like the Army-res but could not stand the way they were treated. (Left a bad taste in my mouth). Think if the reservist were treated as the same as active army (when they was into training) I may have stay in longer.

Reservist or National guards and Active army: We all put are life on the line for this great country and them who need help around the world. Think all should be treated the same. Not flame or treat other less then they going to die same as they who serve in the servce.
