silenced psg-1 fer bhd-ts

some were wondering about why nova did away with the silenced psg-1 after task force dagger and some were really upset about it, so i made a mod for the psg-1 using some of the data from the silenced mp5.
it still handles like the psg-1, with the long range stuff and is still pretty accurate.
i havnt used it online yet fer i would probably be cheating but it is great fer the single player and just playing aganst some1 else with the same mod.
and i was wondering if it would be a rule infraction to make it a downloadable mod for the game?

arrrg. trying to get the menu icon to come out, wont show up.
everything else woors out fine.
it was a good looking menu icon too, had the supressor and all

woowhoo, i got the tga menu icon to come up and its all ready.
only prob is it overwrites the origional PSG-1 file and unless every1 has it installed it wont work online.
bigest thing is its a 150mb file and i got a 26k dialup i was gona post it in here but the entire file exp1.pff has to be replaced for it to work corectly.

i just ried it out online and it worked, i hear a silenced shot but dont really know what others hear ill have to try it out and ask some1

ok never mind i still got some work 2 do, while it sounds suppresed on my end they still hear it as a psg-1 loud gun.

why would you need to edited the real Pff file, make up a new pff file to use for the mod. should never edited a stander pff file in the game.

use the mod tool to make up a alnew pff file for the mod it still work with DF: BHD-TS with the new mod.

i already think there is a weapon mod that will do it anyways. it encludes PSG-1 with silenced the party made a pff file for it by it self. work with all maps DF: BHD-TS

i already have a weapon mod call: razor mod
and its totally sweet.

all SD Type weapons are in it to boot.

i PM the maker of it, maybe he can give you some tips on doing it save you some time making it up.

he made i think like 4 version of it with fixs toboot.

i found out that BOVA at dfarena.com did made a mod for it too
