No, it's not the latest and greatest. DDR2 Memory at 800Mhz!? that's actually kinda bad. But I understand money can be a problem, i put a total of about $600 into mine and I'm still looking for upgrades (Graphics card, Operating System (i need W7 Ultimate), more RAM when I get my operating system...yeah) But you've got a semi-decent set up there. I don't really like some of it, but hey, you can't please everyone

well in that case get whole new sticks of ram! I've been using ones running at 1333Mhz for 2 years get with the times.

Exactly, ignore the haters comments. Not everyone is willing to fork out loads of cash for a computer.
Like you said, it's not the best rig but people have budgets.

You could have probably gotten a few better parts yeah, so keep a list in your head of what you want from the computer and get the components with your own cash you earn, you'll appreciate it a lot more trust me!

As for people shooting you down about your parts, it was a present ffs, just be grateful for what you get and use it as motivation to work for the parts you want in the future yourself.


I come back for one day and I already see people providing un-constructive feedback, reminds me why I don't come back that often.
