Rotate Brushes

Is it possible to rotate a brush? For instance, say I have a horizontal brush and I want to rotate it 90 degrees, is this possible? I know I can just outright select it all and rotate, but there's gotta be an easier way

you could click on a blank image with the brush, rotate it, then make a new brush

that would make the entire image rotate to :/
it would be easier to ctrl+t and rotate the brush, but its a pain to do that each time. making the new brush is easy and ready every time you need it

Why not just make a new image, blank 400x400 or however big the brush is, press ctrl+t (like SB stated above), rotate it holding shift to make it straight, then drag it back onto the sig? It's easiest for me. Takes up little time too.
