how you all feel about other steal from others?

i hate to think some country's feel its ok to steal other country resource like food & oil to get it for free without paying that country for what ever that item be.

Africa for sample, all the ocean coast line with in the limits of many country, they send ship over there and take what they like without paying for it or caring at all what they do

i hate stealing... but to b honest.. i cant blame those in Africa or other 3rd world countries for doing it.. look at the conditions they live in..

but i h8 idiots that are perfectly well off who do it.. and i like the punishment that exists in some countries were u will lose a hand ..
